The World Model Balloon Championships is an annual event, which takes place in Brigachtal, Germany. This years event took place on Friday 9th - Sunday 11th October. This years event involved 4 competition flights and 56 of the worlds best model pilots. This event is the first international competition BMMB has attended and came hope triumphunt with a bronze medal position on the podium. After competing in six competition tasks set out over four competition flights, BMMB pilot Ben Alford had scored enough points to acheive 3rd place in the competition beating over 50 of europes most experienced pilots.
